     **For workplace use; Decision of apartment management or writing of manager (with signature and stamp) or an official letter from the municipality where it is affiliated about its activity topic.
     **Photocopy of Title Deed of Enterprises which is operating in open space is required.

*Note 1: For fuel and LPG stations; Title deed is also requested besides the certificate of permission to use the building.
*Note 2: For fuel and LPG stations; Schematic Site Plan that is approved by the relevant license unit and indicating the final status, is required.
